We are young people with a passion for cheese. It all started in 2021 during a really difficult period where work was lost for many, including myself. From here, our small dairy was born, which immediately began to give us a lot of satisfaction both for the results, and because we found a passion in producing and transforming an already delicious product like milk, and for the positive feedback we had with our customers right from the start, to the point of serving Michelin Star Chefs.
