Alpkäserei Gerschnialp

The alp cheese factory Gerschnialp in famous Swiss village Engelberg has been founded in 1974 by Anselm Töngi. Still after 50 years Anselm is producing approx. 30 tons of alp cheese every summer from May until October. For his production he buys the cow and goat milk from six farmers of the alp.
