Queijaria Boca da Serra

The Boca da Serra cheese factory opened in 2023. Our goal is to develop cheeses with their own identity, emphasizing the local and natural characteristics of our region. We are located in the Tabuleiro microregion of Greater Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil. Our cheeses are produced with milk from pasture-raised Jersey cows, on a small scale and without the use of chemical additives.
