Miyake Farm was founded in 1958. The family carefully raises their cows and produces high-quality raw milk. In May 2021, we received an award for excellence as a producer of high-quality raw milk in the five prefectures of the Chugoku region. We are a cheese factory directly operated by Miyake Farm. We strive to make cheese that makes the most of our high-quality, fresh raw milk.
