A cheese from MAUERHOFER, founded in 1770 and re-born in 2017, is guaranteed made from fresh unpasteurized milk and produced by one of Switzerland’s top cheesemakers, before matured („affiné“) in the "Cave Mauerhofer in the Emmental valley. We stand for cheese innovation and for traditional affinage: every cheese is refined by hand, often with fine wines. Produced with fresh flower or hey milk only from farms within a 6-mile-radius of the dairy. 100 % natural and no additives.
