COCEGSA (Criadero Ovino-Caprino El Gaital, S.A.) / KiaOra Farms is a farmstead dedicated to raising sheep and goats, both for genetic improvement and meat/dairy production. Located at 865m above sea level, we produce french style cheeses like Chèvre Frais, our own named Chèvrembert, and this year's America's Cheese Cup champion with 100+ and Super Gold medal, our Chèvre Bouche. We humbly wish to participate of your world class event and look forward to enriching our perspective.
