Jurapark-Käse GmbH with its flagship product Fricktaler Gourmetkäse was founded and is operated by two dedicated farmers, Paul Frey and Arno Wernle from the beautiful Fricktal Region in Switzerland. The Fricktaler Gourmet Käse, is a mild semi-hard cheese crafted from milk supplied by ten farms in the Fricktal region and is perfect for aperitifs, raclette, or as a refined ingredient in gastronomy, such as in cordon bleu dishes.
