Mama Yu is a Malaysian Chinese chilli condiment brand founded by a mother daughter duo with a passion for bold flavours and family tradition. Inspired by recipes passed through generations, the range includes five chilli oils: Original, Garlic, Crispy Shallot, Black Bean and Curry, alongside a traditional Malaysian Sambal. Each small-batch product is made using locally sourced ingredients and traditional methods to deliver layered heat, rich umami and fragrant complexity to every dish.
