Wall-Palmer’s Honey is a second-generation bee farm nestled in the beautiful Sussex village of Shillinglee producing beautiful British honey. Currently run by Tom Wall-Palmer and partner Heather the company focuses on creating innovative, unique and sustainable honeys and snacks. Started by Tom’s parents in the mid-1980’s Tom and Heather have revitalised and relaunched the business with the new brand. The aim of the business is always to create new and interesting products to delight customers.
