Rosemaund Farm Distillery Ltd

Rosemaund Farm, the former home of Chase Distillery, is now home to Rosemaund English single malt whisky distilled and matured in the heart of Herefordshire. Every drop begins in the fields surrounding the distillery, grown from heritage Maris Otter barley and nurtured on the family farm. Founded with a vision to create whisky rooted in farming and regeneration, our first casks were laid down in 2012. In 2025, after a decade of patience, we released our inaugural 10-year-old single malt.
