SOUL KIMCHI creates naturally fermented Seoul-style kimchi with freshness at its heart. Founded by Soojoo and inspired by her late grandmother’s kimchi in Seoul, we ferment slowly at low temperature to create fresh, crisp and beautifully balanced kimchi. Rooted in Korean tradition and made for modern everyday eating, we make kimchi that is authentic, approachable and designed to be enjoyed young.
