Coco Milis

Coco Milis is a bean-to-bar chocolate micro factory based in County Donegal, Ireland. Coco Milis was founded to make chocolate the way it is meant to be: simple, ethical, and full of real flavour. I work with single-origin organic cacao from Nicaragua, crafting small batches from scratch using minimal natural ingredients. Inspired by Donegal’s landscape and artisan community, I create chocolate that respects farmers, the environment, and the pleasure of true indulgence.
