Ampersand Dairy is a UK butter maker specialising in salted cultured butter. Founded in 2014 by chef Grant Harrington, we uniquely culture cream before churning then knead in salt to develop a fuller, richer, more buttery flavour. We supply homes, kitchens and counters across the UK and have been served at restaurants holding over 80 Michelin stars collectively. Our ambition is simple: to keep raising the bar for butter and other premium dairy staples.
