Backensholz is a family run farm located in northern Germany. In 1991 we started to make cheese. For all the cow milk products we take the milk which is milked on the farm and keep it raw without pasteurization. From this lovely raw material we make the most different styles of cheese in our open vats which all gather around the ground taste of our environment, feed, animals, passion and the people who make it. The ages of the cheeses are between 3 weeks and 2 years.
