Umami Chef Sweet White Fava Miso

Produced in small batches in rural Worcestershire, this unpasteurised miso is naturally fermented from only three locally sourced ingredients: fava beans, rice koji and salt. It’s rich with a balanced saltiness and full of umami. 

Although its flavour is complex, this miso will add depth without overwhelming the palate.
