There is an abundance of sea salt caramel swirls running through this ice cream, creating a sweet-savoury contrast – with buttery notes in the caramel balanced by just a hint of salt. Jefferson’s produces all of its ice cream in south west London in small batches, using only organic milk, natural ingredients and unrefined sugar.
