Raspberry and Mint Gin

Made with foraged raspberries and mint leaves from the garden, this summer gin is full of fruit flavour. Strong, fragrant red berry notes mix with understated juniper, followed by a fresh mint finish. Serve over ice with fresh raspberries and topped up with some chilled Prosecco.
