Dryad Gin

Drawing inspiration from mythological tree spirits and countryside surrounding its Somerset distillery, Dryad produces this small-batch London Dry Gin. It is infused with notes of cardamom, cinnamon, orange peel and almond for a rich, earthy edge – as well as featuring locally sourced herbs and flowers. 

Serve it with a good glug of tonic and garnish with seasonal berries or pair with a ginger beer for a warming cocktail.
