Punjabi Salted Caramel

The crisp chocolate shell of these luxury bonbons conceals an oozy spiced caramel centre. The caramel is made with jaggery and spiced with cardamom, fennel seed, nutmeg and clove. This spicy complexity works in balance with the chocolate’s bitterness and the lively addition of Maldon sea salt. Serve them with espresso, aged whisky, or rum.
