Seaweed Caviar Pearls

Handcrafted in small batches, these little vegan and gluten-free pearls are made using foraged seaweed on the Devon coast. They burst to release the flavours of the sea – rich in umami and balanced with a hint of saltiness. 

Their texture is pleasingly delicate, which makes them ideal for canapés.
