Organic Spelt Sourdough Bread

Coughlans makes its organic sourdough loaves by hand in Kildare, Ireland, using spelt flour milled in the largest traditional stoneground mill in Europe – on the banks of the upper Loire river. 

Each loaf offers a nutty, rustic flavour with a strong exterior crunch giving way to a chewy centre.
