Alderney Island Sea Salt

A natural sea salt from Alderney in the Channel Islands, this is harvested and produced by hand. The large flakes are easily crushed and their depth and strength of flavour means the right seasoning level can be achieved with less product – compared to other salts. Great for pinching and finishing dishes before serving.
