Born out of Christine Lee Wing's desire to recreate and share the authentic tastes of her native Trinidad and Tobago, this flavour-packed Caribbean hot sauce is a medley of Scotch Bonnet peppers, chayote, tamarind, oranges, fresh herbs and spices.
