Daybreak Blend

The team at Rounton in North Yorkshire searched high and low for beans that suit a little extra time in the roaster before hitting on Guatemala La Bolsa and Peru El Diamante. These two uncompromising varieties are the basis of its Daybreak blend, which, with deep chocolate notes that punch through, makes a 'proper' cup of coffee with or without milk.
