Glastry Farm Mango and Passionfruit Sorbet

After some development work at the Food Technology Centre in Cookstown, Northern Irish producer Glastry Farm has succeeded in taking the sorbet beyond its traditional 'palate cleanser' status into healthy dessert territory. 
Low in fat and sugar, with a high fibre, omega 3 and fruit content, the dairy-free sorbet ticks lots of health boxes, while delivering indulgence through a creamy texture and mouthfeel.
