Buffalo Blue

Smooth, creamy and well-balanced, Buffalo Blue is made with milk collected from a British, single herd of Italian water buffalo. This yields a cheese with meaty umami flavours that contrast beautifully with fresh figs, pears, honeycomb and pistachio nuts - making it the ideal cheese for entertaining. Originally created in 2001 by founder Judy Bell, Buffalo Blue is still handmade on the family farm in North Yorkshire.
