Donaldsons' Haggis

This haggis has been made to the same Orcadian family recipe for over 70 years, spanning four generations of Donaldsons. It is prepared by hand in small batches by dedicated craft butchers who are well versed in the traditional methods that give the savoury pudding its trademark taste. Serve it hot with neeps, tatties and whisky sauce, or go off piste with a peppercorn sauce or rich gravy.
