Sip Shed has blended bitter Campari, gin and medium red vermouth to make a classic negroni. The beauty of this cocktail is that it is ready to drink - simply serve over a large ball of ice with a twist of fresh orange peel. Sip Shed is a Devon-based bottled cocktail venture whose founders - Lorne Maclean and Zara Hind - both enjoyed long careers in hospitality before embarking on this project.
