Monterey Gin

Sea buckthorn, mate and gentian root make for an unusual twist in this smooth and zesty juniper-forward London dry gin, which is crafted in Cornwall in batches of less than 100 bottles using the one-shot method to maintain its distinctive character. It is great in a G& T with redcurrants and rosemary but even better in an ice-cold martini, stirred not shaken.
