Smoked Haddock Lasagne

Irish seafood chef Niall Sabongi has designed this Smoked Haddock Lasagne to be cooked in an air fryer -bringing restaurant-quality flavours to time-poor consumers. All ingredients are sourced fresh from local growers and fishers close to Klaw's location on the east coast of Ireland, in the heart of Dublin Bay. The restaurant's team of chefs deploys traditional methods to smoke the sustainably-­sourced haddock with a blend of Irish woods.
