Seren's Classic Gluten Free Brownie

Given their delicate eggshell crust, fudgy centre and rich chocolate aroma, you would be hard pushed to tell that these indulgent brownies are gluten free. They are handmade by Seren, who bakes all of Bubbling Stove's brownies to order from her converted bakehouse in Welshpool, using Fairtrade chocolate. The brownies are delicious as they are, but even better warmed.
