Squash, Sweet Potato & Cheddar Tart

Created by Sticky Fingers Foods' long-standing head chef, Natalia, this is a tart for all seasons. It can be gently warmed through in the oven in winter or served chilled in summer. Either way, with its melt-in-the-mouth flaky butter pastry, cheesy tang and generous amount of filling, it is serious comfort food. For the ultimate flavour experience, serve the tart with a pot of chimichurri on the side.
