Witheridge in Hay is one of three multi award-winning organic, artisan, farmhouse cheeses to come out of South Oxfordshire's Nettlebed Creamery. It is a semi-hard cheese aged in hay, which confers interesting grassy and fruity notes to the rind. Witheridge is delicious paired with fresh fruit such as pear or apple, fig or balsamic jam or a glass of cider or sparkling wine.
