Suma Apple Cider Vinegar

This apple cider vinegar has been fermented by one of the oldest Italian vinegar producers and brought to the UK by Suma, an ethical equal pay worker co-op that has been stocking kitchens since 1977. Made from organic apples, the vinegar is raw, unpasteurised, unfiltered and with the mother - a natural sediment which contains bacteria, pectin and enzymes that are beneficial for the gut.
