Natural Kefir

This natural yoghurt is made at the dairy from local Welsh milk and fermented using traditional kefir cultures. With its smooth, tangy flavour, it tastes great on its own or as a versatile addition to smoothies, fruit, granola, curries and salad dressings. The presence of 13 live cultures, including Bifidobacterium Lactis, Lactobacillus Acidophilus, and Lactobacillus Rhamnosus, also makes it a gut-friendly choice.
