This fresh, clean tasting apple liqueur has well-judged sweetness and interesting characteristics from oak barrel ageing. It is made by Hampshire husband-and-wife team, Henry and Virginia Clarke, who press local apples then transform them into a delicious tipple via "the church warden's secret process". Drink it neat over ice, mix it with sparkling wine to create a fun cocktail, or incorporate it into pork dishes.
