Certified organic, Fairtrade, vegan and gluten-free, it is produced by a B Corp certified company that has gone a step further from being carbon neutral to being Net Climate Positive, reflecting its founder's commitment to "doing things the right way". Lucy Bennette started the company in New Zealand in 2010, initially making chocolate in 2kg batches.
