Elderflower Cordial

On their family farm near Robertsbridge in East Sussex, husband-and-wife team Nick and Maria grow and harvest their own elderflowers and elderberries, which they sell fresh in season and craft into cordials. The elderflowers are handpicked from the orchard in June, infusing this cordial with a fresh floral aroma that captures the essence of warm summer days. Dilute to taste with still or sparkling water.
