Uppa Club founder Mily Williamson is on a mission to bring surplus food into everyday use, through products like this extra virgin avocado oil, which is made from excess or out-of-spec fruit that would otherwise have gone to waste. Avocados are saved from Kenya through a local co-operative, cold-pressed at source, and bottled in the UK. With a high smoke point and buttery flavour, it is ideal for roasting, frying and drizzling.
