Relish Delicatessen

Since 2010 Florian de Poray has developed Relish as the finest delicatessen in the Channel Islands, and secured its niche as Jersey’s champion of epicurean delight. Our beautiful shop is at 10, Central Market in the historical quartier of Jersey’s capital, St Helier. Florian personally sources the finest ingredients from around Europe, and our cheeses, wines and charcuterie are provided to some of the finest restaurants and private dining tables in the islands.
