I have always been passionate about food, having been brave with tasting different foods from a young age. My husband and I are passionate ‘foodies’, we make 95% of our food from scratch using the best ingredients we can get hold of. We buy the majority of our fresh produce from farmers markets, farmshops or specialists. We have a particular passion for artisan cheese. We have a growing collection of teas from Mariage Freres and cordials from Fitzpatricks.
