Dewlay Cheesemakers is a third generation, family-owned cheesemakers nestled amongst the rolling landscape of Lancashire. Run by brothers Nick and Richard Kenyon, it has a proud heritage of producing handcrafted real Lancashire Cheese, made to a traditional recipe passed down through the generations and made using our own unique mother culture. As well as producing Lancashire cheese, Dewlay also produces a fine range of other territorial cheeses all made in open tables.
