We are are a small family run butchers based in the centre of a small village (Kirkby malzeard) We specialise in locally produced meats, which are all butchered and prepared on the premises. We also stock local game including venison from Fountains Abbey, pheasants, partridges,rabbits etc, Again we prepare all or this from scratch as it comes from the estates, rather than buying it in prepared. Other homemade products include pies, ready meals, sausages, burgers & haggis etc, also cheese”s
