Peak District Mushroom Farm Ltd

An established Mushroom Farm in the Peak District National Park on an old Mill building next to the River Wye. They grow gourmet mushrooms using sustainable methods, using local straw from Haddon Estate, spent beer grains from Peak Ales Brewery and used Coffee grounds from Cafes in Bakewell. Their mushrooms are freshly picked every morning, they dry, smoke and powder them to make a delicious range of small batch artisan salts, seasonings and ready meals.
