A wonderful all-rounder, Opus Oléa has a fresh green nose, buttery mouthfeel and peppery finish. The monovarietal Koroneiki oil is crafted on a family-run olive grove in the southwest of Greece, under the guidance of two family members, one a qualified agronomist and the other a certified olive oil sommelier. Together, they have succeeded in bottling an organic EVOO that is pure, unblended and high in polyphenol antioxidants.

An intensely Christmassy mixture of fruits steeped in brandy, this liqueur is a uniquely merry concoction that will provide some festive warmth during winter. 

Cherries, sultanas, currants and raisins are all on the palate, along with festive spices and a pronounced marzipan aroma. Enjoy over ice or mixed with Prosecco, and pair it with a Bara Brith bread & butter pudding.

A traditional fine-cut marmalade made with organic Seville oranges, this preserve is made in Cardiff. It is golden orange in colour and offers up an initial tartness that gives way to strong zesty notes of citrus and cream. The typically bitter marmalade aftertaste is diffused by a unique sweetness.
