Sugarcane, once an important export crop for our homeland, Taiwan, is one of the main sources of sugar production. The sight of a stall selling raw sugarcane in a night market is an iconic one, and we chose our name as a little nod to this important ingredient. We only use fresh, high quality ingredients, and produce everything in small batches to ensure the quality of our products, mixing the flavours of our childhood with the cakes we have come to love.
