Husband-wife duo Itamar Srulovich and Sarit Packer opened Honey & Co in 2012, serving Middle Eastern fare in London’s Fitzrovia. Honey & Spice, a Middle Eastern food store serving delightful lunches, groceries and sweet and savoury treats produced in house, and Honey & Smoke, a sister grill house, followed soon after. The couple have published four cookbooks, write a weekly recipe a column for FTWeekend Magazine and host a podcast, Honey & Co: The Food Sessions.
