The beans are grown by Kananga Neckson in the Rwenzori mountains of Uganda, and roasted in the North East of England by Alex Forsyth of Baristocracy Coffee - a partnership that produces a sweet and bright cup with notes of strawberries and cream. Filter for a light but flavoursome black coffee, pull a rich espresso or add milk for a creamy, bright flat white.
