Proud suppliers of free range & locally sourced produce, based in East Sussex. We endeavour to provide our local community with the finest quality fresh produce, and a traditional approach to our butchery. We supply local and free-range meats, sold in the shop and also served in our café. This includes our pork sourced from Chelwood Gate; beef and lamb from Chiddingly; and free range chicken from Hailsham. All our sausages and black puddings are homemade, alongside our own pies which are fresh
