We are a third-generation family business in the canton Obwalden. Every morning, local farmers bring us milk from their cows, which we process into fine cheese specialities and fresh milk products. The physical and personal proximity to the farming families is just as important to us as the passionate pursuit of our craft and our connection to nature. We love what we do.
